I took the standard 6 bedroom apartment at this address and modified it to where it is muck more user friendly and has many features not originaly included. I used a cheat code to recover the 50% of floor space wasted previously. No sims were harmed in this restoration and the price was kept to $147,000. Plenty of room for changes if wanted. Includes laundry, dining room/study, 2 master bed/bath combos, a servants room, a professional bar and a large dance floor. Have fun
