Tight and Tidy

4 Master Bedrooms, 2 Guest Bedrooms, 4 Master Baths, 2 Guest Baths, Entertainment Area with Study Area, Childrens Play Area, Utility Floor for Adding Services, and a Rooftop Recreation Area. All this on a 10X10 lot. It is a little tight in some areas but have playtested it with 8 sims and 2 guests. Nice place to keep an 8 member family or to grow one.
