Studios for all things Art. The building was an old warehouse that was renovated and now owned by celebrated Pinewood architect, Jack Effin. Effin added three stories to the warehouse and totally renovated the facade, keeping the exposed brick. The studios include store spaces to sell jewlery, furniture, and art.
