This is a renovation of the Tri-Fruhm Sorority house in University. Decked out with brand new stuff, it now features a mostly girly look throughout the main floor with most colors being pink, purple, and light green. That said, no worries! Goth sims, tomboys, and rebels will still find this a lovely place to stay as they have rooms dedicated to their interests as well. Enjoy! To place the lot, evict the sorority, bulldoze the existing building, change the lot type to Vistitors Allowed and place.
