As Leonora started working at the hospital she became sure she wanted to become a doctor, so she went to university to get a degree, on break she becam pregnant with a married coworks kids (twins) after returning to uni and figgting her way true the last half, she found out that the celebration party for graduating left her pregnant again, only this time she isn't sure who the father is, and all 3 guys are out of her life now.
