All I did was move her into my sim's house, let her have her baby (while she worked out the entire time before that), and then gave her a makeover. I changed her ugly outfits and hair, and fixed her skin. I gave her pretty makeup. However, I did not change her face shape or anything like that in any way (her eyes are the same color, just in mod form- which is found in costume makeup). Her hair color also remains the same. Along with those freckles. Her traits are the same too.
