It is a large house for the rich people.It can be a home for singles.But it is a perfect home for a family or someone who wants a family. It is animal friendly too. It is toys for dogs and cats and a stable for horses and aquarium for the fish. The house has a lot of stuff in the backyard: Lots o stuff for sims who wants something to do, a big pool with a pool bar, a house for plants and a house for the butler, and a treehouse for the kids, and last but not least a little stage with instruments.
