v22: Better decorated. Gate fixed. XOX1's gorgeous community garden becomes a nectary! No CC, just Store and EP/SP content and MV/AS terrains (get from the Simalogue if you don't own those worlds). Many big thanks to XOX1 for making an incredible lot. Photography opportunities, perfect garden with money trees, life and flame fruit, etc. Socializing areas all over the place. Fenced so deer won't destroy everything. Can be a residential lot without much hassle.
