This is a remake of the Pixie Tree Lot done in a whismical lot of BRIGHT Colors and oddity for my Alice NoWonder and Madd Hatter gameplay. 1 BR 1BA with kitchen, living and eating area. Second deck has Sauna, grill and eating area. Third deck is the lookout deck with benches and telescope has an active pond and pool. A "SPECIAL THANKS" to Luckyheather for her mushroom idea! NOTE: There are two bed in the bedroom(you will have to set ownership). Hope you have FUN with it!!!
