Evel and Kent

Can vampire's and humans be in a romantic relationship? Evel Bloode (pronounced Evil Blood) is in a relationship with Kent Normel (Pronounced Kent Normal) to prove it can happen. But Evel is always gazing at Kent's neck and it can be hard to resist but she is tough and pulls through. Kent dosen't seem to be botherd by Evel being a vampire but just a little intimadated by her staring at his neck. Will Evel strike Kent and turn him into a vampire or will she resist and live with it?
