Country Coastal

Just in time for Island Paradise release, I wanted to create a home for the waterfront. The Country Coastal has 90% coastal enfluence with 10% country flare. From the first floor to the the third this home was built with alot of love and with a whole family of simmers in mind. Three bedrooms, 2 full baths, a floor for recreation, an open layout with kitchen, dining, and living and several outdoor walkways so your sim can always find a way to enjoy the outdoors even right at home.
