Dainty Dwelling is based on it's neighboring lot, Auspicious Accommodations, but with much more space. There is plenty of room for two people in this house, maybe three, if needed. There's even a little patio in the lovely backyard! This isn't really a starter home, it's an upgrade from one, mostly for livable space inside and out. It's made for Aurora Skies, but I think it can work in many other towns. I didn't use much content from AS, so if you don't have the town it should be fine. No CC.
