Modern Luxury (Dedicated for University Life)

A beautiful and modern home full of art and creativity. My main story of this house was for their to be a family that contains three sims. A mother, who is a dedicated, professional architect, her young adult daughter who is studdying art at 'University', and a younger daughter who is inspired by animals and is an animal lover. The main part of the house is for the Mother and younger daughter and the back house section is for the older daughter, what will you come up with? I'd love to know!
