This nice starter house is good for a single sim on a budget. One bedroom, one bathroom, with all the necesities and some extras. A fenced in area with a sprinker for a garden. An outdoor grill and eating area. A tv, boombox, and bookcase. It might be simple but, it's nicely decorated.
