This beach house was designed to sit on a beach lot overlooking the ocean. This two-story house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two living areas, a kitchen/dining area, mudroom, craft room, and a gazebo. Fully landscaped and decorated mostly in blues, reds, and white. Furnished price: 72,539. Unfurnished price: 51,686. Playtested and no issues found. Look at lot pictures for more interior and exterior shots! Enjoy! :)
