1br, 1ba. Quite a small house but is very cosy. The first floor is open planed. The house has a small pool and barbeque area outside and there is a gate to go through to get to the large pond. This house is only really ment for 1 or 2 sims as there isn't much room for an extention. No store content used, also CC FREE.
