Talia al Ghul

Talia al Ghul is the daughter of Ra's al Ghul. She is an occasional lover and enemy of Batman. Talia is the daughter of Ra's al Ghul and one of his most loyal members of the Society of Shadows. Her father assigned her to hunt down a former associate of his named Vertigo who went rogue. During this assignment, she crossed paths with Batman and the two began an on and off again romance and would cross paths several more times over the years.
