This is a medium-sized island inspired by islands in the Great Lakes. All Expansions including Showtime required. Live by the beach, in an apartment downtown, on a Ranch, or down by the docks. You may have to do a bit of searching for the gym and the Movie Studio, but I'm sure you'll find them! No CC, some free store stuff which will be replaced by the game if you don't have it, but you should get the Ford Focus Thrill-Seeker free pack as I have used the Sky-diving center Rabbithole. All houses except for one are built by me, and most of the Community lots with the exception of the Showtime venues. Enjoy!
