Medium sized two storey house. This beauty features three bathrooms and a laundry, spacious kitchen with overhead cabinets, dining area with a view of the backyard, large lounge room with study nook, only two bedrooms but the upper floor can be modified to accomodate a third bedroom. I haven't furnished either bedroom because I plan on using items from Master Suite Stuff, a new expansion some of you may not have yet. Perfect for a family, but maybe a bit too big for a couple.
