This family lives in a updated style of beach house (provided by Sims3, just redesigned by me) Hosting parties is a simple task with this fantastic outside deck, large swimming pool, and beautiful vistas in the front of the yard. Comes with a detatched chef kitchen,fantastic gardens, second bedroom/ office. Large bathroom and large windows complete this great house.
