Andy's 4 brm beach house MK1

I designed this house per request of my husband who also plays sims3. The walls and floors left plain so you and he can make your own choices of color and furniture. It has a 4 car garage and one space parking area. 4 bedrooms with attached baths. Plus a half bath between the large livingroom and dining area. Plus a full bath down stairs off the game room. Has a small outdoor pool and big garden area with a gate that leads from the yard out to the beach. Hope you have fun with this house.
