Erin Freed is the head of the maid staff at the DelFico Estate. The DelFicos appreciate her naivety and her constant optimism, and try hard not to subject Erin to any untoward behavior. Erin doesn't ask questions, and she genuinely cares about the DelFicos' well-being (unlike half the sims in town, who wouldn't mind seeing the family fail). One day Erin hopes to make a positive change in her community! If only she knew that her beloved family was responsible for most of her community's distress.
