This house features two bedrooms, a nursery, a large kitchen/dining room, a small work out room, a lifing room, a sun room, and two fireplaces (upstairs bedroom and living room). It has a fairly open and interesting floor plan and comes fully furnished/decorated*. *I have used a numeber of items (including dressers, beds, and chairs) from the sims resources, but all of them free downloads.
