I decided to build a 'fusion lounge' in Riverview. I was going to use a skyscraper shell, but 1) it was just too dominating of the landscape and 2) I dislike blacking out various rooms/floors. I wouldn't mind them being unenterable, but I don't like the void that is used at the moment. So this is what I ended up creating. It is 4 storeys: lobby, club, toilets/viewing deck and the roof bar. I am not quite happy with the club colour scheme, so feel free to change it in your game.
