He's very rich (but you'd expect that as he has to finance all those gifts every year). He has his own special house and he's also aquired a possession or two along the way - some of which will require you to have bought additional items and to download the Holidays Freebies. Don't worry if you haven't got any items other than the Sims basics as the game will substitute the nearest equivalent.
