Academy for martial arts

This beautifully Designed martial arts centre is a little bit of china for your sims town but without the big travelling costs! Inside the academy there is a chinese themed reception, bathroom, Shower room, A coridoor with glass walls leading to the 2 halls: one for board breaking and the other for sim fu! these halls have been layed out to make learning easier for your sims, And finally a peaceful garden which includes a koi pond (along with other chinese fish) and chinese plants.
