This Starter Houseo will work very well with a single Sim, or a couple. There's room for a crib if you take out the bedroom chair. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, an open kitchen and dining area, and a living room. This one is brick, with a pink decorating theme. I've used the same starter house for my single male Sims also -- just by changing the colors of the furniture and curtains. The new occupant will want to add more windows -- and more. Easy to make a subdivision with changes.
