I have spent a lot of time on this house. Its a three bedroom one bath. The living room is very large and the kitchen I am quite proud of. but without the custom content you wont get the full extent of it. All rooms are quite large and extravagant. There is also a 2 car garage that is not attatched to the house. The bad news is this house has been made with a lot of custom content. Some from the sims store and a few items from other sites. Worth the download either way.
