Butterfly Cottage

Do your Sims want to live a simpler life ? do they crave a little bit of the country in the city ? Then have them purchase Butterfly Cottage, where everything old is new. This cozy home has 2 bedrooms a nursery, 2 bathrooms a Kitchen and dining room and also a TV room to relax in after a hard day. There is a stocked pond in which they can fish and a Garden already growing for them to tool around in. I hope they have as much fun living in this house as i did Building it for them.
