Ignore the people just move them out and the house is yours. Has 2 bedrooms, one study, kitchen, dining room, 3 bathrooms, and a livingroom. The people are in there because of my stupidity, I thought of building a simple house went sorta crazy and built one of my best houses i ever built. The pic might look bad, because it's the back of the house. Just so you know I suck at building. Enjoy!
